Founders, partners, dreamers, and creators: Aubree Johansson, MA and Tim Johansson, PsyD, founded CP Consulting & Research, LLC dba "CP" (along with an inspiring network of collaborators, supporters, and chosen family) with a shared vision—to transform the workplace into a space where humans thrive and collaborate with purpose.
This vision came to life with years of shared and ongoing behavioral science research, consulting, and leadership experience dedicated to fostering a profound capacity for empathy, collaboration, and shared growth.
Beginning in 2007 and evolving over time, "CP" rebranded to A Deeper Way (ADW) in 2020, a transition that marked a pivotal step in their journey. With this change came a sharpened focus: to distill more than a decade of research and experience into an actionable framework.
